Return Eligibility:
- Returns are accepted only for items that are damaged upon delivery.
- Customers must report the damage within five days of receiving the product.
To ensure a successful return, make sure the item is returned in its original condition, with all original labels, tags and packaging intact
Return Process
- To initiate a return, please create return request from my account page or contact our customer service team at sales@giftingdesk.com
- Provide item images and a description of the damage.
- Our team will guide you through the return process and provide any necessary instructions.
Refund Process
- Once the returned item is received and inspected at our end, we will process your refund.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
- Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account after processing.
Exclusions
- Items that are not damaged or are returned after the five-day window will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
- Personalized or custom items are final sale and cannot be returned.
